Larry Welch

Larry has nearly 30 years experience working at all levels of business. He has successfully owned and operated a number of small businesses starting at age 10 when he had his own paper route and hired his younger brother to deliver papers for him.

He has worked for large, enterprise companies given fiscal responsibility for annual budgets in the millions of dollars as well as for small businesses working closely with the entrepreneur. He understands from first-hand experience how a business should operate to be successful.

Larry’s field of experience includes management, operations, sales, telecommunications, training, and consulting. His broad base of experience coupled with his natural talents and acquired skills allow him to comprehend all of the issues and create complete and comprehensive solutions.

He communicates effectively with management and individual personnel at any level in business.

Larry has also been involved with a number of start-up companies. With one he developed the entire fulfillment process from scratch, worked with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency in product delivery, and oversaw all aspects of operations. This company has now been acquired by a large national player.
